The Mount Sinai Endocrine Surgery Parathyroid Program is a Mount Sinai Health System program that provides comprehensive, multidisciplinary care to patients with disorders of the parathyroid glands. The members of the program provide expert care in a highly coordinated, efficient manner in one of our many state of the art patient practice offices. We create a personalized treatment plan for each patient to assure the best possible outcome. Our Upper East Side location (Mount Sinai Hospital) is located just steps from Central Park whereas our lower Manhattan location is situated at “the cross roads” of New York City on Union Square (Mount Sinai Beth Israel). Our surgeons specialize in the latest and most sophisticated minimally invasive techniques. To learn more, please download our program’s practice brochure.
Patient safety is a top priority at our program. The Mount Sinai Endocrine Surgery Parathyroid Program is an active participant with the Collaborative Endocrine Surgery Quality Improvement Program (CESQIP), a national quality initiative that is managed by the American Association of Endocrine Surgeons. CESQIP allows surgeons and hospitals to closely monitor their outcomes with an implicit goal of improving outcome. More information about CESQIP can be found at cesqip.org.
